Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
- Ability to research and problem solve, using analytical and critical thinking skills
- Revenue Cycle Management, Credits experience required
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated history of resolving challenging issues

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies
- Review accounts and process refunds and/or retraction to insurance companies on patient accounts with a system credit balance
- Research and resolve problem accounts as needed
- Identify trends and perform root cause analysis on overpaid claims
- Research and resolve system overpayment with appropriate insurance payor
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clinical personnel, teammates, and insurance representatives
Preferred Qualifications
