Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, GTM strategy or a related field. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is desirable, but not required
- Advanced analytical skills: strong Excel & modeling proficiency is a must; experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) or advanced analytics is a plus
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills: independently able to deal with ambiguous topics without a defined process or ‘right’ answer
- Excellent communication & presentation skills: prior experience & comfort interacting with senior leadership
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the development and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, sales segmentation and pricing
- Design & implement forecasts & KPIs across different business segments and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Identify & lead new Sales programs on topics such as international expansion, pipeline growth, incentive structures and internal operational processes
- Assist with key business reporting for our GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors
- Work cross-functionally with GTM leadership to ensure business alignment on top priorities and drive change where needed
