Requirements
- Demonstrates a strong leadership foundation with experience coaching, leading, and training Analysts to grow their skillsets.
- Leverages experience with Tableau development and strong data visualization understanding to support developing meaningful analytical insights.
- Leverages strong foundational business/revenue cycle knowledge to support problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Analysts focused on driving thoughtful and meaningful insights to key business problems through data visualization.
- Effectively demonstrates partner report request inventory with strong ability to manage stakeholders, provide proactive communication, prioritize appropriately, and meet targeted deadlines.
- Demonstrates a consistent ability to challenge the status quo to identify and support transformative change.
- Provides thought-partnership to other ROPS teams, providing options, considerations, and recommendations from a data lens.
- Ability to communicate thoughtfully and concisely to senior leaders.
