Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), and automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve processes
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience supporting a channel or partner GTM motion
- Background in Customer Success or post-sale operations
- Familiarity with forecasting models, quota/territory design, and performance attribution
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems to monitor customer health and trigger risk/expansion workflows to improve NDR.
- Design and manage renewal and expansion automation to streamline post-sale motions and increase Customer Success efficiency.
- Improve customer journey mapping and identify key operational gaps to reduce churn.
- Implement feedback loops and NPS tracking for actionable insights to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards to track customer performance metrics to improve visibility for leadership.
- Partner with finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on revenue goals and forecasting accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting models and methodologies based on performance and market changes.
- Optimize and document sales processes to improve velocity, consistency, and rep productivity.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure seamless partner attribution and incentive tracking.
- Validate Partner Commission Tracking.
- Document detailed step-by-step workflows for all key RevOps processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and easy reference.
