Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or BizOps at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in a hybrid product-led + sales motion
  • Comfortable with data and fluent in the world of GTM tooling
  • Ability to think in systems and love cleaning up messy workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask the right questions

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize our GTM stack—including our CRM (HubSpot), data tools (Omni), and customer engagement (Apollo and Common Room)
  • Build and maintain a clear view of the full funnel—from sign-up to expansion
  • Help our sales team operate efficiently, from lead scoring to handoff to close
  • Stand up reporting and dashboards that help GTM teams operate efficiently
  • Partner with marketing to measure campaign performance and channel ROI
  • Partner with Finance to align revenue forecasting, CAC/payback modeling, and pipeline health with broader business goals
  • Improve lead flows and touchpoints across both self-serve and sales-assisted paths
  • Track key metrics like activation, conversion, usage, and expansion—and make them actionable
