Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM data management, or Go-To-Market data functions
  • Expertise in CRM data governance and database hygiene best practices
  • Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and marketing automation tools
  • Comfort with regression analysis and other complex statistical analysis methods
  • Prior working experience in fast-moving high-growth startup environment
  • A passion for data and a solid commitment to maintaining data integrity and quality
  • Excellent execution, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage CRM data, which includes data accuracy, completeness, and data hygiene in our CRM and RevOps systems
  • Develop and enforce data governance by implementing best practices for deduplication, data hygiene, and record management to ensure reliable insights for the GTM team.
  • Optimize workflows and automations by improving data flows and integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools.
  • Create processes and procedures for maintaining continuous data integrity, including updating, deduping, and cleaning data in our core CRM
  • Oversee strategy and project management for various data-driven CRM activities, including management of our data enrichment vendors, data enrichment strategy, and data governance
  • Develop and maintain data enrichment and validation framework to prevent inaccurate data from being used by go-to-market team members
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, focusing on providing solutions and delivering results to support revenue goals
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing to provide data-driven insights that improve outreach and customer engagement.
