Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable with quality checking and auditing large numbers of records in Google Sheets
- Strong research skills, especially in gathering key information about incoming leads
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical for auditing and ensuring the accuracy of records
- Prudence and care when handling records, as the role involves potential deletion of inaccurate data especially those marked as SPAM; diligence in confirming accuracy before any deletions
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with a comfortable understanding of researching and applying formulas when needed
- Excellent communication and written skills, essential for cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and support of multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Importing, mapping, and performing quality checks on records within HubSpot, originating from various marketing initiatives and lead sources
- Triaging incoming leads, assessing data accuracy, qualifying leads, and identifying/disqualifying spam entries
- Cleaning, updating, and enriching existing records that require review and data augmentation
- Providing administrative support for CRM-related tasks, as assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager, to enable Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Business Development teams
- Assisting in the creation of reports on marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Utilizing Gemini AI to optimize efficiency in operational tasks
- Providing ad-hoc support as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with HubSpot or other CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory
