Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a hypergrowth SAAS sales motion
  • Experience with financial modeling and SAAS revenue reporting
  • Track record producing world-class results for a dynamic and fast-paced growing sales team
  • SQL knowledge a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership on our sales teams and be the point person for all topics related to reporting, process optimization, systems, and execution.
  • Support our individual sales team members and proactively anticipate their needs, allowing us to consistently hit our attainment targets.
  • Own all weekly forecasting and metrics review meetings.
  • Own and optimize all of our customer-facing team tools. We run on Hubspot, Apollo, Zendesk, and Grain.
  • Constantly seek to improve our operational effectiveness, consistently driving improvements for our sales team and senior stakeholders.
  • Own all ‘always-on’ sales team operational functions, including setting quotas, building territories, and more.
  • Become an expert in RevOps and have a strong view on how we can construct our motions now to support enduring growth into the future.
  • “Peek around corners” to anticipate upcoming issues and proactively surface them to avoid disruptions.
  • Be a jack or jill of all trades – no task is too large or too small for you.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced with product-led businesses a plus
