Requirements

  • Education – High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Certification – Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt within one year of hire; NAHAM CHAA or AAHAM CRCS within one year of hire

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training for all new and existing Monument Health Revenue Cycle staff as requested and assigned.
  • Deliver and conduct engaging and effective training sessions and educational offerings to diverse audiences utilizing appropriate learning strategies.
  • Assist with the planning, development, implementation and revision of curriculum in keeping with changes in organization’s professional and leadership development needs.
  • Monitor current systems to ensure the Revenue Cycle caregivers are utilizing systems to their maximum potential.
  • Perform quality reviews as required and upon implementation of automation changes within Revenue Cycle and communicate outcomes and opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education – Associates degree or equivalent certification in Healthcare, Education, Business or related field
  • Certification – Lean Six Sigma or IHI Quality and Safety
  • Experience – 3+ years of Healthcare Experience; 3+ years of Education Training Experience; 3+ years of Revenue Cycle Experience
