Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, finance or related field (Public Accounting firm experience a plus) or relevant degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Responsibilities
- Perform contract reviews for revenue related contracts to determine appropriate accounting treatment under ASC606 and document conclusions
- Review, recalculate, and analyze the accounting of revenue contracts in the revenue accounting automation system and communicate any required adjustments and/or revenue judgements to the Revenue Accounting team
- Collaborate with Global Support, Global Services and Cloud Services to ensure revenue is recognized accurately
- Assist in updating internal revenue policies and procedures and ensure procedures are followed in compliance with the Company’s SOX controls
- Coordinate and/or review and respond to internal and external audit queries for corporate quarterly and annual audits to ensure auditors are receiving required information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Clarify operating procedures and help drive process improvement initiatives
- Complete monthly account reconciliations for revenue and revenue related accounts
- Assist in the compilation of various financial statement disclosures
