Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of sales metrics, reporting, and sales cycle analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Gravitas to work with and interact regularly with C-Suite members at the cutting edge of their industry.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns around pricing, transaction growth, and market penetration levels that will highlight opportunities for company growth.
- Work closely with sales leadership and the CEO to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain sales execution dashboards against opportunities identified to highlight progress toward strategic milestones.
- Support the sales team with ad hoc data requests and analysis to drive day-to-day sales operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- High level of curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work with systems and system owners to access data.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
