Revenue Accounting Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years’ applicable experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required
• US CPA License is required
• Strong knowledge of ERP accounting software required
• Strongly prefer at least 2 years US GAAP project-based ASC 606 accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 revenue accountants
• Oversee processes and outcomes related to Revenue Recognition, Project Accounting, Consolidations, Intercompany Profit Elimination, Sales Tax, and Financial Reporting
• Support and prepare monthly financial statements and conduct variance analysis
• Develop and maintain revenue recognition processes for all business units
• Verify compliance with contract terms, schedules, and agreements
• Facilitate the annual audit
• Ensure revenue recognition is in conformance with ASC606
• Provide high quality, timely support and problem resolution for the organization’s goals and financial results
• Build and maintain ongoing inter and intra-departmental working relationships
• Process Improvement and Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
• CFF, ABV, CITP, CGMA designations are preferred
• High level of ethical integrity
• Strong computer skills including Excel
• Sage Intacct & Jamis Prime ERP experience is a plus
