Minimum of 15 years professional experience
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience managing large scale Tech/related Financial Services Programs and Projects
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments
Experience supporting/working with Financial Services Industry and clients, specifically the Retirement Industry
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

General practitioner with expertise in the retirement domain; experience taking clients through end-to-end transformations
Focused on driving system wide transformations and speak to technology implications of the specific transformations
Shaping large deals and transformations specifically within the retirement domain; able to speak at a strategic level and build c-suite relevant relationships across retirement portfolio
