Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retirement industry technology
- Minimum 10 years of experience with web and services based applications
- Minimum 10 years of experience with distributed systems and technologies
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing production support responsibilities
- Prior experience supporting the Financial Services Industry or related fields
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for retirement industry applications based on web and services technologies
- Individual contributor role to diagnose, triage and aid in troubleshooting for web-based retirement plan sponsor administrative tools and their interactions with an external user community and the respective backend retirement systems
- Work with other production support individuals in peer organizations to manage and respond to issues in infrastructure, connectivity, identity management, content and data intake and/or delivery
- Resolve user performance or usage complaints for functions in digital tools and interfaces for critical external client and internal business uses
Preferred Qualifications
- You have retirement industry experience including remittance, contributions and other services like eligibility, vesting, hardship, etc.
- You have experience working with business operations and client-facing applications
- You have experience with solutions for retirement plan sponsors
