Requirements
- working knowledge of administration of retirement plan design, terminology, regulations and procedures
- working knowledge of Retirement Plan Services (RPS) operations, capabilities, and product offerings
- highly resourceful and a critical thinker

- hold ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) Certificate
- 401(k), 401(b) Retirement Plan Knowledge
Responsibilities
- provide day-to-day service and support for Plan Premier Third-Party Administrator (PPTPA) customers
- respond to inquiries received via inbound phone calls, emails, and online portal
- liaise with internal and external contacts including plan sponsors, financial professionals, TPAs, and business partners
- respond to requests from external auditors and provide appropriate data
- educate clients on web tools, admin features, pricing, and product features/services
- provide an in-depth overview of system and product features, functionality and processing as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Credentials such as QKA, QKC are a plus
