Requirements
- at least 2+ years of customer service experience in a phone and processing environment
- proven experience completing client requests (i.e., financial and account maintenance)
- highly resourceful and a critical thinker
- action oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex inquiries/requests
- working knowledge of the retirement industry and the ability to apply it to work assignments
- detail orientation and accuracy are consistent and dependable
- high learning agility and enjoy staying informed of the company’s products and services, policies and procedures and applicable regulations and legal requirements
- skilled communicator with effective verbal and written communication
- comfortable with a shift ranging from 8-5pm CST & overtime, as business needs allow
Responsibilities
- respond to inquiries from retirement plan participants, sponsors, financial professionals, and third-party administrators (TPAs)
- research and process retirement plan transactions
- leverage varied resources, including making phone calls to clarify questions/requirements to resolve requests
- educate clients on plan-specific inquiries and general retirement industry concepts and regulations
