Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide customers effectively
- Availability to work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options
- Be part of the community through events
- Fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Meet sales targets and create meaningful connections with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in similar roles such as Wireless Sales Consultant, Retail Associate, Retail Sales Associate, or Retail Team Member
