Requirements
- 5 years working in partnerships in in the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce space
- Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams
- Experience in a global SaaS environment, preference for fast-growth and global
- Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business
- Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners
- Proven record of leading a diverse, high performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for point of sale partners who work with Lightspeed across multiple products and multiple regions
- Drive alignment on our priorities with existing partners to ensure the projects and priorities we are working on with partners fit our strategic priorities
- Manage our relationship with partners that are developing an apps that work with Lightspeed’s retail platform
- Work with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with retail partners
- Schedule regular touch points with key partners to ensure they can articulate Lightspeed’s priorities and how we can help each other
- Act as a point of contact for inbound requests to partner with Lightspeed
- Identify opportunities to simplify and consolidate agreements with partners that work with us across multiple products and regions
- Leverage connections and relationships with innovative partners in the retail space to create and develop unique opportunities for Lightspeed
