Requirements
- 3+ years prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field OR 2+ years’ experience in a Retail pharmacy setting
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as a business subject matter expert identifying opportunities to address business challenges and contribute to defining colleague operations
- Support in managing the day-to-day operations of the RxDelivery program, including training and field communication
- Provide field support to manage customer challenges
- General program management

- Ability to quickly learn about and become a subject matter expert in new processes and make meaningful recommendations for how they can be improved
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Process oriented: The ability to comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement that impact the professional practice of our store-level pharmacy teams
