Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, with a strong focus on brick-and-mortar locations, experiential marketing, or mall-based retail.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute in-store events, seasonal campaigns, and cross-promotional partnerships.
  • Experience working with mall marketing teams and property managers to coordinate promotional activities.
  • Deep understanding of how to align physical retail with digital strategy for a cohesive brand experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data (foot traffic, sales performance, customer behavior) to drive decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work closely with local store teams.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset—able to balance strategic planning with on-the-ground execution.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the marketing directors of all malls where we operate (20+ locations).
  • Collaborate to plan and execute in-mall activations, seasonal events, pop-ups, and partnership campaigns.
  • Coordinate mall-level marketing initiatives including: Billboard placements, Digital signage, Social media cross-promotion, Website integrations on mall platforms, Inclusion in mall newsletters, gift guides, and influencer programs.
  • Partner with the internal marketing team to seamlessly integrate physical retail strategies with digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment between corporate branding and local in-store experiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of omnichannel campaigns, adjusting tactics based on real-time data.
  • Travel frequently to all retail locations to: Build strong relationships with store managers, Work with internal teams to execute monthly events in all stores, Conduct on-site audits and identify hyper-local marketing opportunities, Analyze the surrounding environment (residential vs. commercial) to tailor campaigns per location, Collaborate with local businesses and property managers for cross-promotions or community activations.
  • Maintain a clear calendar of activations, campaigns, and seasonal efforts.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics by location.
  • Create strategic recommendations based on foot traffic, sales data, demographic insights, and customer feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree a plus.
