Requirements
- High school / GED Completion
- Valid driver’s license and 3 year consecutive driving history free of driving infractions
- Background Check approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer)
- Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (initiated post-offer)
- Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate assistance, care, and transportation for clients in residential services during and outside of treatment hours
- Encourage WF participants to follow program rules
- Collaborate with other WF staff who assist clients with their individual needs in early recovery.
