Requirements
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of role and function of various community resources.
- Problem solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in social work, psychology, or related field. Four years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree upon approval. Master’s degree preferred.
- Two years of experience in behavioral health environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily operations of residential facility. Supervises team of multi-leveled staff.
- Observes and documents client compliance with medication regimes as dictated in the treatment plan; supports clinical staff in meeting and monitoring the client’s medical and health care needs.
- Coordinates implementation of agency programs as specified by supervisor.
- Maintains the safety and cleanliness of the environment. Follows agency protocols in emergencies, ensures monthly fire and tornado drills are conducted as required.
- Completes assessments and reassessments as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred.
