Requirements

  • Sales experience and leasing experience a plus.
  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
  • General computer skills.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
  • All specific certifications required by law.
  • Must pass drug test screening.
  • Must successfully complete all required courses, classes, and training provided by MMS.
  • Action and results-oriented, enthusiastic.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting applicants and maintaining the waitlist(s).
  • Coordinating with the Partner to ensure that all persons added to the waitlist are held within their respective entitlements.
  • Contacting families by phone or email to ensure they are aware of their position on the waitlist and answering any questions concerning housing availability.
  • Answering any questions that the resident may have concerning the property and showcasing the amenities of the potential unit and property.
  • Marketing homes to the incoming families and becoming familiar with various floorplans and property amenities.
  • Processing and completing all move-in packages prior to the move-in date under the supervision of the Assistant Community Manager.
  • Conducting inspections of the property during the Move in and/or Move out process and reporting findings to the Assistant Community Manager.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience and leasing experience a plus.
