Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design for social media, email, and web visuals.
  • Proficiency in relevant design/creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Slides, Premiere, InShot, CapCut, etc.).
  • Understanding of design principles and best practices for digital platforms.
  • Experience working across a variety of social platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Responsible, accountable, and a self-starter who demonstrates initiative.
  • Ability to collaborate with the individuals of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork.
  • Innate curiosity and ability to adapt and be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
  • A keen interest in marketing with a passion for social media.

Responsibilities

  • Independently create a high volume of content across various media platforms and tools (social, email, web) and execute from concept to completion.
  • Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and short-form videos optimized for social platforms.
  • Develop brand-consistent email templates and graphics for campaigns and newsletters, ensuring responsiveness.
  • Assist in creating and designing website visuals, banners, and landing page graphics, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work effectively with teammates and cross-functional teams on quick-turnaround projects and within tight deadlines.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, kick-off meetings, and team discussions, offering meaningful ideas and contributing to the development of design strategies.
  • Continuously monitor live social media responses and analyze brand/cultural trends to extract key learnings, inform creative development, and rapidly iterate on content to optimize engagement.
  • Continuously monitor brand social channels and online conversations to identify high-impact engagement opportunities, proactively seeking relevant discussions.
  • Actively engage with the brand’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling and posting social media or email content across various platforms using provided tools.
