Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience preferred
- High volume call center and computer experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Communication skills
- Strong customer service
Responsibilities
- Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls (Room and Dining) and coordinate details of each call and complete internal reservation process.
- Executes all tasks and trainings assigned by the Core Manager.
- Complete All Guest Recognition Specialist responsibilities.
- Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail.
- Process Commission reports on a weekly basis.
- Process WRO, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations.
- Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
- Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience preferred
