Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience preferred
  • High volume call center and computer experience
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Communication skills
  • Strong customer service

Responsibilities

  • Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls (Room and Dining) and coordinate details of each call and complete internal reservation process.
  • Executes all tasks and trainings assigned by the Core Manager.
  • Complete All Guest Recognition Specialist responsibilities.
  • Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail.
  • Process Commission reports on a weekly basis.
  • Process WRO, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations.
  • Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
  • Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Reservations and/or Front Office experience preferred
