Requirements
- MS degree in Mineral Resource or mining industry
- 1 or more years of equivalent experience in the Mineral Resource or mining industry
- Degree qualifications from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
- Qualifications and experience in Mining Geology, Mineral Resource Management, or similar subjects
Responsibilities
- Develop undergraduate and graduate level teaching of key aspects of Mineral Resource Management
- Work with existing geology faculty at UNLV to develop in-person and online courses focused on enabling the smooth transition of graduate and undergraduate students into the minerals industry-related workforce
Preferred Qualifications
