Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in method development or relevant laboratory techniques
- Hands-on experience with cell culturing, pipetting, and analytical instrumentation
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Responsibilities
- Performing and documenting analytical procedures in compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines
- Supporting antibody discovery through techniques such as flow cytometry, PCR, SDS-PAGE, and immunoassays
- Maintaining mammalian cell lines and performing yeast or bacterial transformations
- Preparing buffers and solutions and conducting calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Analyzing data and uploading results to the LIMS system under guidance
- Assisting in troubleshooting and process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
- Providing technical training and supporting to lab personnel in areas of expertise
- Participating in continuing education and contributing to technical discussions and experimental design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as flow cytometry, PCR, and immunoassays
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety, sample handling, and regulatory standards
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve process issues effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and data analysis skills.
