Responsibilities
- Assist the DVP in managing day-to-day leasing functions
- Work with the Change Management team to address specific items
- Assist the DVP in setting goals for each center and managing reporting
- Negotiate deals with tenants as directed by the DVP
- Prepare the DVP for Portfolio Reviews and tenant meetings
- Assist the VP by preparing financial analysis and worksheets
- Review information from the Workout group and Account group
- Identify Lease actions that need to be addressed in the Division
- Collect and report on proposed and/or replacement tenants
- Gain a complete understanding of systems and tools for divisional proficiency
- Ensure high dollar AR & Co-Tenancy issues are addressed
- Review documents stopped by the DVP, RVP or committee
- Perform miscellaneous analytical analysis as required by DVP
- Ensure regions prepare reports in a consistent manner
- Participate in Portfolio Review Meetings and draft notes
