Requirements
- University Degree
- Bilingual in English and French
- More than one year of experience in an external sales position (preferably in the medical field)
- Internal candidates with an equivalent combination of education, experience, and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
Responsibilities
- Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker’s products
- Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings
- Proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives
- Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products
- Direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
- Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
- Keep Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales informed of territory progress on a regular basis
- Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
- Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products
- Recommend and initiate preventative and corrective action regarding product non-conformances and quality system activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology
- 1+ years of experience
