Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-4 years of professional experience
- Claim revenue cycle experience preferred
- Effective communication and business writing skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills including proficient typing and navigation
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate entry of information into athenaNet and trading partner applications
- Build and maintain expert subject matter knowledge of assigned processes to be a resource for clients and internal stakeholders
- Work with key stakeholders (internal and/or external) across geographies to perform tasks and/or claim work
- Remove obstacles and work independently to ensure accurate completion of assigned work within specified turnaround times and adhere to established goals
- Prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Identify and surface workflow inconsistencies to drive better outcomes
- Effectively communicate opportunities for innovation and process refinement
Preferred Qualifications
