Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 6:30am-3:30pm
- 1 year of professional experience including administrative, data entry, customer service, sales and/or retail industry; financial services, auction or logistics experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately track vehicles through the auction process.
- Maintain auction inventory at acceptable company levels.
- Monitor movement and ensure that all vehicles are secured at auction.
- Work with state DMVs to obtain a transferrable vehicle title.
- Audit auction invoicing and follow up on sale proceeds.
- Interdepartmental communication
- Perform other related duties as assigned
