Requirements
- Previous experience as a Release Manager/Delivery Manager/Lead Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices for Agile delivery.
- Strong understanding of .NET Framework and microservices architecture.
- Experience with release management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to manage risks and resolve conflicts.
- Structured and organized personality to maintain a smooth release process.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate release schedules across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Plan and oversee all release activities.
- Coordinate with partner stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables align with their expectations.
- Ensure release readiness by tracking dependencies, risks, and required approvals.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QAs, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Perform release readiness assessments, milestone evaluations, and business go/no-go reviews.
- Work with teams to define scope, set priorities, and align release goals with business needs.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Ensure transparency in project status through reporting and communication.
- Define and track key performance indicators for Agile teams
- Generate and present reports on team performance, release status, and project health
- Use JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other tracking tools to monitor work progress and team efficiency
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Support Agile best practices and ensure continuous improvement within teams.
- Remove blockers and ensure teams remain productive and focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management or Agile certifications are preferred.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
