Release Manager

Previous experience as a Release Manager/Delivery Manager/Lead Scrum Master or in a similar role.
In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices for Agile delivery.
Strong understanding of .NET Framework and microservices architecture.
Experience with release management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills to manage risks and resolve conflicts.
Structured and organized personality to maintain a smooth release process.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Plan and coordinate release schedules across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Plan and oversee all release activities.
Coordinate with partner stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables align with their expectations.
Ensure release readiness by tracking dependencies, risks, and required approvals.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QAs, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Perform release readiness assessments, milestone evaluations, and business go/no-go reviews.
Work with teams to define scope, set priorities, and align release goals with business needs.
Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Ensure transparency in project status through reporting and communication.
Define and track key performance indicators for Agile teams
Generate and present reports on team performance, release status, and project health
Use JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other tracking tools to monitor work progress and team efficiency
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Support Agile best practices and ensure continuous improvement within teams.
Remove blockers and ensure teams remain productive and focused.
