Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Release Manager/Delivery Manager/Lead Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks and best practices for Agile delivery.
  • Strong understanding of .NET Framework and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with release management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to manage risks and resolve conflicts.
  • Structured and organized personality to maintain a smooth release process.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate release schedules across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Plan and oversee all release activities.
  • Coordinate with partner stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables align with their expectations.
  • Ensure release readiness by tracking dependencies, risks, and required approvals.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QAs, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Perform release readiness assessments, milestone evaluations, and business go/no-go reviews.
  • Work with teams to define scope, set priorities, and align release goals with business needs.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Ensure transparency in project status through reporting and communication.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for Agile teams
  • Generate and present reports on team performance, release status, and project health
  • Use JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other tracking tools to monitor work progress and team efficiency
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Support Agile best practices and ensure continuous improvement within teams.
  • Remove blockers and ensure teams remain productive and focused.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management or Agile certifications are preferred.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
