Relationship Manager – Investment Analyst

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63 & 65)
• 2–5 years of experience in investment operations, client service, or advisory support within a wealth management or institutional environment
• Deep interest in capital markets and portfolio strategy
• Proficiency with UBS platforms and systems
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Team-first mentality with a desire to contribute across the business and grow within UBS

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows tied to our investment strategy, including enrollments, contributions, funds due, and treasury rollovers and Alternative Investment action (capital calls, subscriptions, qualifying, etc)
• Execute trades and coordinate with trading desk and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, and investment allocations
• Maintain performance tracking tools and produce reports to support internal strategy reviews and client meetings
• Act as a key client contact for investment-related matters, collaborating closely with Financial Advisors and Planners
• Prepare and present investment reviews and performance updates to clients
• Educate clients on market developments, asset allocation, and investment strategy
• Partner with UBS specialists and internal resources to deliver comprehensive solutions
