Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably managing large accounts or partners in a B2B2C model.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to execute pre-defined strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Experience working collaboratively with senior team members and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned large partner accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations.
- Execute account strategies and plans developed by Business Development Executives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address partner needs effectively.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- Monitor account performance, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and adjust tactics as needed to align with strategic goals.
- Resolve partner issues promptly and escalate complex challenges to the BD Executive when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to support account growth.
- Enhance client satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
