Requirements
- Proficiency with computers in general, particularly Excel, Word, PaperClip and online Carrier Services.
- Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills (verbal and written skills), accuracy with data entry work.
- The ability to prioritize between multiple tasks and requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 1-3 years Insurance services experience, to include an understanding of multiple carrier, strengths and illustration and service systems Required
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of client service requests.
- Run Vital Signs analysis for current ratings on companies.
- Contact brokerage firms for assistance in advanced marketing.
- Create and print marketing materials.
- Order and maintain forms in the files as needed.
- Communicates directly with clients.
- Interacts with home office service, product, and wholesale staff.
- Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, staying knowledge of changes & industry trends.
- Determine what product fulfills the needs of risk and determine suitability.
Preferred Qualifications
- May be required to obtain Colorado Health & Life Insurance License, Series 6 Within 1 year of hire Preferred
