Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in computer programming, systems architecture, or information technology
- Experience with AxiomSL ControllerView configuration and implementation, including data sources, data models, shorthands, portfolios, aggregations, reports, and workflows
- Proficiency in Software Design & Development, and experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with financial system reporting environments (e.g., AxiomSL, Oracle, data warehouses)
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Action-oriented; drive continuous improvement in an agile environment
- Organized self-starter with the ability to work independently and think creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, including follow-up and escalation of issues when necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative to challenge current processes and implement change
- Ability to understand and interpret client requests, respond to questions clearly, and give cohesive presentations
- Proven team player, willing to assist others to ensure group deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for issues related to AxiomSL ControllerView software configuration for assigned regulatory reports
- Work with various business and technical teams to develop solutions for regulatory reports such as RWA, FR2052A, FFIEC031, FRY9C, FDIC 370, etc.
- Coordinate, develop, and test new functions and features in an agile environment
- Maintain procedures and system configuration documentation
- Educate team members on system functionality, configuration, and design
- Occasionally work outside of normal business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Axiom Controller View Certification
- Experience with Axiom Reg Cloud
- Experience working with data warehousing in the banking or financial services industry
- Familiarity with bank regulatory reports such as FFIEC 031, FRY9C, FR2052a, FDIC 370
- Working knowledge of Oracle databases
- Proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, SAS EG, Tableau)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Jira
