Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a life science or a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Good analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet established timelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the regulatory affairs and EHS teams, including filing and tracking documents, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
- Supporting the regulatory affairs team in preparing and submitting regulatory documents.
- Communicating with internal teams to gather information and updates, as well as with regulatory agencies.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines throughout product development, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory activities.
- Supporting the maintenance of regulatory information management systems.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in inspections, assessments, and surveys to identify potential hazards.
- Assist in investigating accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents, completing necessary reports.
- Maintain EHS records and files, including safety reports, permits, and audits.
- Collect and analyze data related to EHS performance metrics.
- Assist with developing and delivering EHS training programs.
- Assist in overseeing all environmental health and safety programs of the facility.
- Data entry and interpretations of various KPIs and processes of the facility.
- Regular attendance required.
- Adhere to company safety requirements.
