Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience in technical field working with manufacturer’s reps and distribution channels in Aerospace & Defense markets
- Experience with electronic components required (manufacturing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Travel required = 50%
Responsibilities
- Create and achieve a sales budget, including bookings, billings and POS
- Manage a group of manufacturer’s representatives and regional distribution networks; participate in quarterly reviews
- Create an OEM business development target customer list
- Directs field applications team to achieve design wins
- Regularly meet with current and potential customers
- Submit monthly Sales Activity Reports to management
- Update designs wins within a sales funnel using CRM tools
- Participate in new product definition and report market trends
