Requirements
- Valid State of Ohio RN license
- Associate degree from an accredited school in nursing
- 3 – 5 years of job related experience
- Clinical experience preferred: ED, Critical Care, Advanced Care
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support all roles within the RRC Access Call Center
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Access Center coordinators
- Manage and guide the Access Center Coordinators
- Oversee the process for all alerts across the system
- Coordinate the movement of patients throughout the entire Premier Health System
- Gather medical information pertinent to the level of care
- Work proactively with referring facilities to drive emergent and non-emergent referrals
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN Preferred
- BSN Completion or Professional Certification may be required
- Customer Service Experience Preferred
