Requirements
- Technical diploma or certificate in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if required
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (chillers, freezers, walk-in coolers, central units, Etc.)
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on AC units and refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoot faults in AC and refrigeration systems and perform necessary repairs or part replacements
- Monitor and adjust temperature controls in guest rooms and public areas to ensure guest comfort
- Maintain refrigeration equipment in commercial kitchens (cold rooms, ice machines, etc.)
- Assist in energy conservation initiatives related to HVAC and refrigeration
