Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
- Previous related experience (e.g., recruiting and onboarding) will be strongly considered
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, hiring, and onboarding of employees according to current and future staffing needs within assigned stores
- Responsible for managing all job openings and closings for assigned stores, including auditing requisitions to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate and attend internal and external hiring events as well as local community, civic, high school, technical, and college/university events
- Participate in on-going job training as provided by the Support Services Talent Acquisition Team
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
