Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience supporting a broad range of functions, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience.
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across all departments and levels, including technical, non-technical, and field-based positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, align on candidate profiles, and design an efficient and inclusive hiring process.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates while ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the funnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with speed and precision, balancing candidate experience with hiring team efficiency.
  • Extend and negotiate offers in collaboration with the People team, ensuring clarity and alignment with compensation and equity philosophy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide data-driven updates and insights to hiring managers and leadership as needed.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects such as employer branding, candidate experience enhancements, and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Greenhouse or a similar ATS.
  • Prior experience recruiting in a tech startup or innovation-driven environment.
  • Exposure to technical recruiting or industries such as construction, robotics, manufacturing, or technology.
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Gem.
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analysis, and compliance best practices.
