Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions and hire top talent in under 90 days
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs
• Craft engaging job postings
• Identify exceptional candidates through various platforms and tools
• Conduct professional and relational HR screens
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Focus on building strong pipelines of talent
• Achieve recruiting goals
• Foster meaningful relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• HR experience would be a plus but is not required
