Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Proven success filling roles across multiple disciplines (R&D, G&A, commercial, etc.) and across multiple levels (technicians to directors)
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to switch gears quickly and manage competing priorities with composure
  • Deep understanding of candidate markets and recruiting channels
  • Experience working independently and influencing without authority

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for all open roles, from job scoping and sourcing through to offer and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Build and manage talent pipelines, ensuring consistent candidate engagement and follow-up
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment messaging that reflect our mission and culture
  • Source top-tier candidates through diverse channels (outbound, referrals, events, etc.)
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout every touchpoint
  • Track and analyze recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pass-through rates, candidate satisfaction)—and use data to optimize strategy and report clearly on progress
  • Drive and continuously improve the recruiting process, including implementing tools and best practices
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, championing our values in every interaction
  • Proactively build a network of relevant talent, anticipating future hiring needs
  • Support HR Generalist activities as time allows and as team needs require

Preferred Qualifications

  • A scrappy, resourceful approach—you get creative to find talent and make things happen
  • A strong network and ability to activate relationships quickly is a plus
  • Desire to work on HR generalist activities in addition to talent acquisition work, with a willingness to jump into different types of activities and responsibilities with excitement and positivity
  • Experience with Greenhouse & Rippling a plus
