Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Organize and assemble kits containing all necessary parts, materials, and documentation required for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of kits, verifying against work orders, engineering drawings, and bill of materials (BOM).
- Inspect components and materials for defects or discrepancies using hand tools before including them in kits.
- Generate and update kitting reports to support traceability and quality control.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Participate in regular reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with AS9100D standards and organizational policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a startup
- Product Launch/ Full Lifecycle experience
- 4+ years of experience working within a highly regulated environment
