Requirements
- 5+ years’ professional experience, preferably in an operational or analytical role
- 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Excel, demonstrating advanced skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA
- 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Access, SAS, or SQL to extract and summarize data from large data warehouses
- Ability to travel up to 5% (including plane travel)
Responsibilities
- Successfully implementing and communicating process improvements, providing necessary training to team members, and updating and maintaining process documentation
- Overseeing quarterly and annual financial controls, and weekly monitoring tools that minimize upstream issues impacting rebate payments
- Managing tight deadlines and competing priorities and projects
- Assist in fielding requests and questions relating to client rebate payments from internal partners as well as directly from our clients, which may require ad hoc analysis and creative solutioning
- Effectively track more complex issues until resolution and complete satisfaction of the client
- Successfully engage and collaborate regularly with key personnel and leaders from many other areas across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAS software and programming
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to work with significant amounts of data for process and analysis, particularly using Microsoft Access and Excel
- Experience interfacing directly with clients and answering questions in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in contract administration or budgeting/forecasting for client financial arrangements
