Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial real estate financing experience
- High proficiency of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be a collaborative team player

Responsibilities
- Providing analysis on financing alternatives for acquisitions and refinancings
- Analyzing and tracking existing debt positions to identify accretive refinancing opportunities in conjunction with asset management and acquisition teams
- Modeling financial costs, terms and structures in conjunction with deal team analysts
- Assisting in the negotiation of financing terms and transactions
- Assisting in the execution and closing of transactions
- Assisting in the preparation of materials used to solicit bids from lenders on financings
