- 2+ years relevant work experience

Responsibilities
- Supporting loan and real estate asset underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring and deal execution, including the negotiation of term sheets and financing terms
- Assisting with identifying, underwriting, pricing, structuring and closing single asset and portfolio loans
- Providing transactional support as required
- Participating in internal and external client meetings, the negotiation of contracts and other agreements, and due diligence sessions
- Traveling domestically to perform property tours and market analysis
- Directing research of targeted transactions for investment purposes
- Performing valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities
- Overseeing the work of junior team members; especially the design and development of financial models
- Managing the preparation of written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities
