Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 2+ years of experience supporting the military, including active or reserve duty or a civilian support role
- Experience managing military readiness and unit, personnel, and equipment resources
- Experience with Agile principles, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of Navy Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, and Ordnance (PESTO) Data Sources
- Ability to lead and facilitate PESTO Working Groups
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to gather, understand, and communicate client business needs and translate them into potential solutions
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
