Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 + years of direct real estate, syndicated finance and/or investment banking transaction execution experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in structuring and executing syndicated loan transactions
- Conduct financial statement analysis
- Prepare marketing and offering materials
- Review legal documents
- Answer bank questions on transactions in the marketplace
- Track comparable transactions data
- Keep current on market trends and activities
- Travel to meet and pitch clients and attend bank meetings/calls for new transactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or class work in finance, accounting, commercial real estate, math or economics
- Financial modeling coursework or experience
